Parking and Transport
Due to limited spaces, our car park is only open to staff members working at the practice. Please do not park in our surgery car park.

Kingfisher Shopping Centre: Offers a variety of parking spaces and is within walking distance of our surgery.
Train Station Parking: Located just a 2-minute drive away, providing additional parking options.

Afternoon Appointments: We understand that a busy waiting area can be daunting. To support you during your visit, we offer appointments in the afternoon during quieter periods. We can also provide quieter areas for you to wait.
Stair Lift: Whenever possible, we will arrange your appointment on the lower floor. If your appointment is upstairs and you would like to use the stair lift, please inform our Care Navigators, and they will be happy to assist you.
Translation Service: Our Care Navigators can arrange a translator for you prior to your appointment, ensuring you gain the most from your visit or telephone call. Please let us know if you have any communication or information support needs.
Bathroom and Changing Facilities: There is wheelchair access and baby changing facilities in the patients’ toilet near the waiting room.
Other Facilities: Our practice also provides ramps, easy-read signs, access for blue badge holders, and offers a personal service.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access
Patients experiencing a medical emergency out-of-hours should telephone our surgery, where they will hear a recorded message giving clear instructions, and the current phone number for the out of hours service.
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
